I have been a resident of Las Vegas for over thirty years. When I moved to Las Vegas, the population was less than what the current enrollment of the Clark County School system is today. I remember when we left upstate New York, all of my friends thought we would live in a hotel, eat room service for every meal and I would never have to make my bed again. Never in my family’s wildest dreams did we think that we were going to a place that would someday become the fastest growing city in America.
A great deal has changed from the grandiose entries of the famous four corners, where the Dunes, MGM Grand, Caesar’s Palace and the Barbary Coast Hotels once stood. Although Caesar’s is still there, the magical fountain entrance is not. This fabulous city went from ladies wearing evening gowns, men in their tuxedos and the only way to get front row seats at a show was to tip the Matre’D a $20 bill. In contrast, our $.99 buffet is still going strong at Circus Circus. Today we are casual, family oriented, and order our tickets on line and have random seat assignments. We have some of the most fabulous chefs and hotels that are large enough to be cities within themselves! As they say, this is progress.
I have spent the past six and 1/2 years in Finance and Real Estate. I carry the designation of a Sellers Representative Specialist, and I am also ABRA certified. I have represented clients from both the buying and selling sides, while assisting you with a loan program that fits you and your families needs. I have my Mortgage License with the State of Nevada and have produced millions of dollars of both Real Estate and Finance transactions. Throughout my career I have received specialized training in Short Sales and Foreclosures, I can negotiate with all the banks and give you a fresh start if you are facing the loss of your current home!
Before my career in finance and real estate, I was in the wedding business. For over twenty years I was a part of thousands of couples lives who came to Las Vegas to get married. I started my career at a chapel on the Las Vegas strip and went on to open Mandalay Bay and the Paris Hotel Wedding Chapels in 1999. At the end of my wedding chapel career I was the owner of the Chapel of Love.
In my personal life, I am married and have two children and am proud to call Las Vegas our home. I have one child that has graduated high school and one child still in grade school. I am very familiar with the Clark County School District and have had experience in both the private school arena as well as the public school system. My husband is a commercial construction superintendent.
