*Nevada State Law requires that if you live in an HOA community, you must supply the new buyer of your home an HOA resale packet at the sellers expense. Executive Realty Services will also charge you a transaction fee of $495.00 to cover storgage fees of your records for at least 5 years which is mandated by the State of Nevada.
